Donation Request

The online submission process for donation applications takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Please note, your application must be submitted in one session as it cannot be saved and returned to.

You will receive an auto-reply confirming your submission.

Wilson’s is committed to reviewing each sponsorship request at our monthly review meeting and will contact you directly. Other important details:

  • Applications must be received at least 45 days prior to the event, funding or prize request date.
  • The Donations Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month and all applications being considered must be received by the 20th of the previous month i.e. March 2 meeting, request must be received by February 20th.
  • Online applications only will be accepted; no phone, fax, mail or email proposals please.
